What we are not

We are not a full-service agency

Whilst we have been in the industry for a long time and have worked in many different areas of the digital sector, we fully believe we are experts in a subset of services. Therefore, that is what we offer to you. Genuine expertise and experience in bespoke software, web performance, booking systems and data services. 

We won't put you in a box

Our focus is on you and what works for your unique set of circumstances, not just what is most convenient (and profitable) for us. That might mean us building a fully bespoke system, or it might mean connecting several off-the-shelf systems. Whatever the goal, we are not of the mindset to squeeze your business processes into an ill-fitting piece of technology. 

We’re not “that’ll do” merchants

We hold ourselves to very high standards when it comes to the work that we produce. We're our biggest critic (original, we know). So phrases like 'that'll do' and 'close enough' are not things you hear in our office often. That being said, we know there's a business need for a done-is-better-than-perfect approach at times, and we are fully capable of working in that way when it's a strategic choice that works.

We’ll never sell you something you don’t need, even if you think you need it

We're not just looking to make sales and churn out quick projects. If we think your idea stinks or won't work, or there's a better or cheaper way to get the same result, we'll tell you so, and we won't charge you to hear it. If that means we have to say to you, "Have you considered doing this instead?", then that's what we'll do.

We don’t have a sales team

We're not salesy. We don't like being sold to, manipulated, or pushed into things; we know it's not nice, and we don't think that's the way to build meaningful relationships, so we'll never do those things to you.

We’re not “yes-people”

We're not "yes-people". We will challenge you and tell you if we think you're making a mistake. That being said, we listen, and we're not in the habit of being difficult. If you feel strongly about something, we won't push you, but we'll try hard to understand your reasons.

We're not suits

We're not 'suits' working for a faceless corporation. We're a small, friendly team who are a little uncomfortable selling ourselves.

Build

During the Build stage of a project, we follow best practices to create strong foundations that support future development. Our code is lightweight and efficient, designed for both current needs and future growth. This approach ensures our solutions are reliable, easy to maintain, and ready for any future enhancements.

Monitor, report, & support

Once launched, we closely monitor performance and generate detailed, real-time reports to provide a clear overview of key results to ensure we have achieved our goals. We continue to offer support and make changes when necessary to deliver on new business requirements and to ensure the solution remains effective.
